GROUND CONTROL today, my name is...TOO HOT TO HANDLE

Aha, you made it.

12 Cute Snakes In Tiny Hats Who Will Help You Conquer Your Fear

DON'T BE ALARMED.
We're doing it fancy today.
Monseigneur Snake has a top hat and mustache just for the occasion.
When I saw this graphic, I laughed so hard.
It resonated because
often I question myself.

The Herd Presents:

We’re ringing in the New Year with lots of giveaways!
And by sharing some fun and wacky facts about ourselves.
There’s a new giveaway at each stop so be sure to visit them all!

And here at SMOKING-HOT COWBOY CENTRAL
if you asked me my name,
you'd get this reply

Why is that an issue?

Umm, keep reading to find out.

Most don't know but I write under four different pen names and
keeping who I am straight can be a task.

 Alice in Wonderland gif

YET it is my AM crew.
THE ONE CONSTANT THAT KEEPS ME GROUNDED AS SOON as my feet hit the ground is...

It sounds like feeding time at the zoo in the morning!

And there is no escape.
There is only coffee!
 GROUND CONTROL~~~ ARE YOU THERE???

THEN THE CAFFEINE KICKS IN AND IT'S TIME TO POWER UP AND BEGIN
THE DAY...
IN WRITING ROMANCE:

OR HIM...

OR THEM?..
maybe not the best, but still.

AND THEN BY THE END OF THE DAY,
THE CIRCLE OF LIFE IS COMPLETE.
Coming out of fantasyland, it's usually in the evening when I take a spin around reality
and see what the heck has gone on.

And I find how truly weird, wacky or wacko the world has been.
From El Nino to the H-bomb (thank you not N. Korea!)
to a photographer reminding us that freedom isn't free!

Sergeant Kirstie Ennis: “There’s never a reason to give up”

I KNOW I'M SUPPOSSED TO AMUSE AND TICKLE YOU
BUT I WAS EDUCATED TO BE A TEACHER
AND A TEACHER I'LL ALWAYS BE.

SO PLEASE, REMEMBER AS YOU'RE HOPPING FROM BLOG TO BLOG, THAT IN SOME COUNTRIES
THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE.

THE CHOICES WE HAVE, WE ENJOY
ARE BECAUSE OF THE SACRIFICES OF SOMEONE ELSE
AND THAT SOMEONE ELSE IS OUR MILITARY.

THEY AREN'T FACELESS
OR NAMELESS
IF YOU WE TRY TO FIND THEM.

HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?
One way is through

Give a try. You never know where you'll find the inspiration and extra strength to persevere.
LOST AND LOSING MY FOOTING LAST YEAR, I found it through the stories of
the men and women in the military.

Hi Feisty Wei! Definitely, I can relate. Holding dear our dogs is touching our humanity. Dogs seek one thing: to make us happy. They're so loyal. Namaste, and thanks for stopping by!

THANK YOU for such an awesome prize!!! I'd pick the USO (https://secure.uso.org/OM_BRD/?sc=WS15PSGGBR&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=brand&utm_content=ranger) This charity supports service members and their families in pretty much every way possible.

You've hit right into my zone.
As a Lenni-Lenape, the true name given to me by The Name Giver is one that I do not share. (My Snookums is the only other living person to know it. That's right, not even my parents or brother know it.)
But I needed a name for the outsiders to call me when I decided to live among them. I went with J (yeah, I didn't know people spelled that phonetically... Jay... whatever) and Lenni (because my tribal roots are what I hold dear... and hearing outsiders failing to pronounce Lenape makes me want to stab people in the ear).

But if you want me to create some other name...
Hello, my name is quiet writer with the stone face.
(Yeah, I'm good at freezing my expression. Freaks people out. Or makes them want to take me to a poker table.)
